Andre phoned. Offerred R5000 for shares etc. Stopped him and quoted relevant laws whereby I'm asking him to refrain from calling again. He started quoting fictitious laws. Asked what he's doing and asked if he think's he's funny. He started shouting, ending with a "gaan vlieg". Great company (not), upholding the bad rep shares trading course sellers have in ZA

Afrikaans woman phoned me and asked to speak to my husband by name, when I said no she Said she is from Romantic flowers and she wants to deliver the flowers he ordered so she wants his phone nr. I said I will phone her back because it sounded fishy so she hung up. I wonder why they only want to speak to men, as they are going through great lengths to get hold of the men.

Call 2 to 3 times a day same story R5000 shares need to meet you. Friend of mine fell for it and they stole R15 000 + R46 000 in one week. But they can call again we will meet them. ;)

A guy by the name of Alex also phoned me now and gave the phone to a lady and then start yapping about some shares but they phoned me on Viber. So when I asked her why they phone me on Viber she start explaining everything about the shares again and when I told her I have read some bad comments about them she started to get arrogant and before I can even say something she dropped the phone. I would like to see them face to face.

Instantly this caller got aggressive and abusive when I asked him where he got my number from. Lied about me attending a seminar, then said someone else attended a seminar and gave me as a lead. Reminded him of the POPI act and he got verbally abusive. I put the phone down. He called back just to hurl more abuse at me, swear at me and then put the phone down. I attempted to return the call but the number does not allow it. PURE SCAM selling fake shares.

Got the JSE blurb Insistent and rude when I asked them what it was about. R5000 offer and some share deal was enough to tell me it was a spam/phishing call. Told them to leave me alone and go away.

A very rude lady phoned to tell me that there is a problem with our credit card and that she is phoning from one of the four main banks. When I told her I only deal with my banker she became rude because I did not want to give her any details. Block that number and dont fall for their lies.

Same as all the other. Phone call from +27 87 6541002. Guy called Rees from Capital Max. Same story about asking if I speak Afrikaans. Told me his English was not very good and kept breaking into Afrikaans but there was nothing wrong with his English. Insisted that this is not a scam so I told him that's what all scammers WOULD say. Also very noisy background.

This Afrikaans guy called trying to basically force me to arrange a meeting with him. When I asked him where he is based he said Sandton Johannesburg. When I told him I am not in Johannesburg anymore he said they are a national institution and can meet me anywhere (Probably doesn't matter where I am, just wants all my information probably). I told him I am not interested in any JSE investments, but he was continually harassing me asking me to give him reasons why I do not want to meet him. After the 20th time I said no, he eventually hung up on me.

These guys phoned me asking for Johann Engelbrecht. I told them I don't know him, have never met him, and to take my number off their list. Got a call back 10mins later saying they're looking for Johann. I told them the same thing and got 'ah, is it, are you sure?'. When I said yes, and please to remove me from their database, he said 'ya sure, we'll call you tomorrow'. Where can we report these people?

Woman called. Spoke English. Wanted to speak to my husband. Said she is from Capital Max. I refused. She put me through to her "supervisor". Afrikaans guy. Told me a huge amount has just gone through my husband's credit card. I gave the phone to my husband, he was then told that he won R5000 worth of shares on the JSE. When my husband said he is not interested, they hung up. DO NOT GIVE ANY NUMBERS OR DETAILS ABOUT YOUR CARDS!!!

So they bailed on the appointment... Btw, they were speaking Afrikaans, forgot to mention it. If you speak to them, ask for their FSP or FAIS number, I'm guessing they don't have one.

I received a missed call from 087 654 1002. Tried phoning back but does not ring on the other side. Thereafter I googled the number and read through the comments on this site and on another website. On both websites people mentioned that they got a call from this number, that the person is phoning from Capital Max, that they want to speak to the husband, that the supervisor said they must phone and that they do not know what it is about. I asked the person, sounds like a young guy, he spoke Afrikaans to me, what the call was about. He said he did not know, the supervisor asked him to do so. Thereupon I asked him to put me through to the supervisor, that I am not providing my husband cell phone number and his reaction: Put the phone down in my ear. He did not swear as I had told him beforehand that I had read all the comments on the websites and that he should act professionally. Hope my comments helps someone as I was glad to have read the other people's comments beforehand.

Same happened to me. Afrikaans speaking guy called asking for my husbands number and cant tell me why he is calling. Eventually just put the phone down and I didnt answer the 2 calls thereafter. First 2 calls were on private, lat call showed 087 654 1002. Clearly a scam

With modern technology I find it surprising that the powers that be don't sort out this useless bunch of people that clearly have nothing better to do with their lives. Revive the chain gangs, clip them on and give them spades, they don't contribute to society. SA has created a culture that looks after the layabouts and useless people so they will just multiply and hold out their hands for more and more...we demand...fk that... get off your asses!!
