Called me yesterday and first I didn't picked up, call me back within 2 minutes answered the phone and said I couldn't speak English. Called me back a 3 time and a man speaking in very poor Afrikaan, thanking me for the loyal customer of FNB and thanking me for having a Premier Cheque and Gold Cheque Account, I only have one account, then they wanted to sell me a death cover or something like that and when I told them I only do business with my local Bank due to high rate of Fraud they hang up on me.

First call rang for 3 seconds then dropped, immediately called back I answered they hung up, called immediately after and said she was from FNB, my name is Jacques, it is hilarious how wrong they pronounce it, I have made less mistakes trying to pronounce african names. Then tells me they want to put me from easy account onto some smart option as it will be cheaper, as I currently am on a pay as I use option or something. So I asked how much am I then spending now as I don't use the account, they "look" and say oh you spending so much more... oh you say you don't use the account, hung up.

The first call was for Credit Card insurance (needing monthly debit order approval) from FNB and the second call I received was for FNB connect but they first needed me to verify my details. Both times it was the exact same person calling. Very unlikely
