Didn't give them details since they knew my name so I call FNB Fraud number, and they said I can't be asked about my profile but since it has to do with FICA. fraud consultant told me I can visit and do that in the bank. But I think they are FNB business call centre

fnb or fin service scam? (Unsolicited call) reported by Cautious

A woman called and asked for me by name. Saying she was with fnb and asked a question about an account - I answered and then she proceeded to ask me for personal info raising flags to me. I called back and there was a answering machine saying it was fnb business giving call options but then I talked to someone who sounded like the same lady telling me it was a call center. 08 numbers aren’t usually call centers.

Fnb. Returned call. Tried every option abailable. Not a single person was willing to transfer me to the outgoing call division. Unable to get anybody to assist. Absolute rubbish. They just keep transferring to an automated service that does not include any option to speak to an operator.
