The a h mentioned, extremely quickly so that I couldn't pick up on it, where he was calling from. However on asking whether or not I wanted to speak in Afrikaans or English and I replied (in Afrikaans) that I wanted to speak 'Engels' he said we don't speak English and slammed the phone down - total idiot!!

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number asking to speak to my husband, because my husband took out this phone contract for me. My cellphone service provider were the only people that knew that this number was connected to my husband. It's quite a co-incidence that the month after our two year contract came to a end and I went on to a pay as you go that I started to get these phone calls. It is now bordering on harassment and I have asked them to stop phoning but to no avail. When asked where they got this number from I was told "he doesn't know, he got it from his boss". They have no phone ettiquette, swear at you and slam the phone down in your ear! But a few days later they will phone again, just don't answer.

Had exactly the same thing. They phoned my daughter and then me looking for my husband as he needs to submit his FICA documents to them. Our cellphone contracts are registered at Vodacom in my husband's name. Therefore that is the only place where they could get this information from, otherwise, they would not have phoned my daughter, whose number is listed as the main number, first and then me. I asked them why they do not have his cell number and email address and they couldn't answer me. They then threatened to block the bank account, but could also not tell me which bank we bank at. I called the bank and they said that they do not outsource FICA verification. This sounds to me like they wanted to steal my husband's identity. They have some information, but not enough to actually go ahead with the scam.

Received numerous calls from them and as soon as you tell them that you will come and see them at their office they tell you that the building is restricted. Must be some kind of scam. Also got rude with me.

I was called by a Telemarketer at 13:45 today (8/9/2015) to offer me a stock exchange investment. I repeated told the consultant that I'm not interested and politely hang up after saying good buy. I was busy on my land line at and got another call from the same number 0876541003 which I didnt answer. a voice message came through and I listened to it after I finished my call. The consultant voice note to me was : Ja j*u fo**en bang g*t, nou antwoord jy nie eers jou foon nie. How unprofessional is this. I would like to know who this company is and lay a formal complaint against the consultant.

Same thing happened 2 me. When i said i am not interested they said "kry n fo**en beter verskoning." Phoned me again today and when i asked where they got my number i got transferred to a supervisor who then told me a few things and then he hung up.

I got a phone call from this number demanding to speak to my husband. They were calling on behalf of the manager and had no clue why the manager wanted to talk to my husband. He got upset with me when I could not understand Afrikaans (I am not South African) And then proceeded to mumble in English so that I still could not understand. Then put the phone down in my ear when I asked for him to speak slowly and clearly. Surely a marketer for investing should be able to speak English. Scam!!
