On a Sunday morning before 9am I receive a call which I didn't answer. There was a silent voice message left. Straight after that another call was made, I answered, to a spook, no one spoke! MTN has been sending me text messages to pay my contract. I've been writing to them tried calling, what a joke. Anyways, I wrote asking why I have a text saying I have a credit balance of over R2000. 00 and asking me to pay. Why is my account in credit? Also why don't I receive invoices or statements. Their email responses are pathetic. Always have to verify myself on the same email trail, this takes forever for a response to which I then have to re-verify myself over n over again. All I want to know is if I'm paying my account the amount I'm supposed to pay, how is it in credit with over 2 thousand rand? Everyone sticks to script and no one is human. I had them call me once, I missed the call so they emailed, again I had to verify myself again again! Now I get this stoopid call. Ring no one there, voice message, no one there, call again no one there!!!! I also received my monthly reminder to pay my credit balance of R2000. 00 Really pathetic! I replied to their text that they're stoopid!
