how does anyone know that this is actually Telkom? there is a message stating that a Telkom rep will call you back, but has anyone spoken to a rep on that line that confirms the person is from Telkom?

Get at least 3 calls per day. When you do answer, there is no one at the other end of the line. When you don't answer voicemail is left saying that it is Telkom Mobile consumer and that they will contact you again. it is a frustration to say the least.
