Claims to be Edgars (Scam call) reported by Bonnie
Another company claiming to be Edgars... calling about my mother's account. There are only TWO organisations who have my mobile number linked to my mother's account - Dischem & Nedbank. So one of them is selling information for fraudulent activity. The caller claims to require information "to confirm they're speaking to the right person". They then proceed to advise that payment must be made as the account is active... not that there' is any amount outstanding. The people at this company phone constantly... equating to harrassment! It is both unwanted and continuous!

Account call, but couldn't advise the company name (Scam call) reported by Bonni
Phoned to advise about problem with an account, but refused to advise the name of the company from which they called - citing privacy issues. How is a company name a privacy issue? The entire call was highly suspicious, and increasingly sounded like a fraudulent situation. Secondly, how did they obtain my information??? Someone is selling my data without my consent!

I answered the call but they wouldn't divulge where they were calling from. I called the number back and it appears to have been RCS on behalf of Edgars/Jet.
