Person called and when I asked for reason - refused stating no reason can be given as I refuse to confirm - it is the second time they have called. It is quiet annoying

I receive numerous calls from this particular link, however the last digit sometimes differ. I installed TrueCaller onto my phone and every time they call me, it shows Topmed Sales. They are particularly persistent as in one day they called me 8 times. On a Google search, there is a company based in Pretoria with the same name but different telephone numbers. And they are pharmaceutical distributors! This is a KZN number: 031=Durban, 537=Umhlanga

I couldn't find any info for this specific number, but there are two facts: people do search for this number which can be seen from different similar pages, and there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Probably calling with different offers for different companies, but for sure some general call center. I recommend to block the whole 0315376xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?
