I called this number back, thinking it is someone legitimate trying to call me, so the call center computer put me in a queue to talk to the next available representative, I went from number 4 in the queue to number one in the queue in a couple of minutes but never progressed to an actual operator after holding for 10 minutes, after which i hung up
