Cellphone Contract offered - R 349/month plus free phones/voucher (Telemarketer) reported by


Offered a 24 month mobile phone contract at R349/month with a free Huawei Y3 and some other phone; also a R500 Hallmark Voucher to spend. I said I was not interested only looking for Huawei P8 Lite 2017, (I had entered my details on non-descript website https://www.phonefinder.co.za/build-a-deal website as am in market for phone - first stupid thing to have done - this no doubt where they got my details). She said she would call me back - I am still waiting. The very pleasant telemarketer then asked if I had applied elsewhere which I had, at a Vodacom Store, the next stupid thing was when this really nice voice said in order to investigate possible contracts in line with my needs she would need to do credit check, would I mind? Of course I said no, then second stupid thing was I gave her my ID number when requested. Only AFTERWARDS did I think to Google the number from which the call came -- 0114306555 - only then seeing the various postings. Hope this helps somebody, perhaps some enabled person could investigate this number for good of all, supposedly Afrizon

I received this call in 30 minutes ago from 0114306555 this guys said he is offering me a contract phone from Afrizon intercommunication, I accepted the offer and he said he is going to call me back to explain terms and conditions after he took my I D number but its almost an hour now there is no calling back and if I call the number no one is picking it up WARNING!!!!! This is not OK with me I do not trust this action so please do not be the next victim
