This is a silent number, and has been calling my landline on a regular basis

Almost every day I get a silent call from a number starting with +278774103**. There's no one on the other side, and it hangs up after a few seconds. Call times are random (between 7am-8pm), and the exact same number has never called twice.

I've had nearly 15 calls. All from numbers starting with 087741 If I answer, silence and phone goes dead. Try to call back - The number you have dialed does not exist. Frustrating and won't stop. Been going on for more than a week now.

I receive calls from this number every morning but the caller always wants to know my name first instead of the caller introducing him or herself to me and stating the reason of the call but he just hangs up.
