I returned the call as they were harassing me at work. The agent who answered my call asked me if I knew the process for verification, I said no, they then asked me to key in my bank card number and my pin number. At this point I hung up, surely this is not FNB standards.

INCESSANT calls from FNB contact centre. Trying to sell someithing - ask specifically for name (who is not me.) Asked for supervisor as agent cant remove my number from the calling list. Dikeledi has assured me this wil be escalated and number removed. Not holding my breath.
