Harassment for payment when no monies are owing (Scam call) reported by Lauren
Company is called Teledialkom representing themselves as a part of Telkom. They offer coverage free of charge for your company on their websites (wherever that is - haven't found that yet)... They send you a page to fill in your details, which you must send back. The Terms and Conditions are not readable (small font) but we signed it anyway as we have telephone lines with Telkom. After that, they harass you for payment of over R10 000 claiming we signed for it yet according to the Credit act, everything should be legible to read and the consultant promised over the phone that there is no monies involved. Nothing has to be paid. So they used trickery and lies to catch you. People, it is a scam. They are nowhere found on the internet - everyone is complaining about them via different online platforms. Their telephone numbers are ïnternet numbers"so this company is not legit at all. If you do fall for the scam - just ignore their calls. You are most welcome to swear them and end the phone call. In 2 weeks when they phone again, just repeat - Hello - swear - end the phone call. We are protected with the Credit Act so they can go rot in hell.
