I am starting to think that these are used from debt collectors. When you eventually get your account, it lists multiple "calls" that they charge for at anywhere from R10-R30 per call. They are entitled to charge for acceptable calls and they do this in the hope that nobody will question this on top of a larger debt and do not wish to fight over a comparatively small fee. But these calls (which they claim you ignore) all get charged to you. Very unscrupulous and the attorneys that use them should be disbarred. Always have your debt bill taxed by the local Law Society. they will end up tossing out many of these unnecessary charges, and could ultimately discipline repeat offenders.
