Told me my bank was using my account to trade at 40% on the stock market and they wanted to send out a consultant IMMEDIATELY the very next day ( even after hours) to explain and answer all my questions. He was pushy and sounded very unprofessional Not someone that would call you from a Bank or experience is the same as above mentioned. Trading account scam (Unsolicited call) reported by Mic

The person introduced himself as someone from Liberty Solutions and that someone opened a trading account in my name at the JSE. When I asked who, he said that a meeting with a consultant must be arranged to tell me who and when it was opened. I said that it sounds like a scam and he asked why I think it is a scam. I ended the call. Do not meet them or give any personal details to them.

Trading account scam. The guy pronounced the name of the company he was representing as liberTAI (not liberTY). The rates of return the caller was describing CANNOT be achieved in a legal way, and it is illegal for financial institutions to take any of the actions the guy was describing.
