Vodacom router data deal (Telemarketer) reported by


They phoned on 28 Feb 2018 offering Vodacom data router deal 5gigs. I was expecting delivery on Friday 2 March, but didn't arrive. Called Vodacom 3 March 082 1945 after sales service, the deal is correct. They will deliver router probably Monday 5 March 2018. It's a Vodacom agent "Rewards agent" who works with Vodacom. I'm happy

They had all my info but phoned me on the number which is on my husbands contract. Loved the offer they made but they did not send me the info via sms as promised. I accepted terms and conditions on a new modem deal with Vodacom but since they did not send me the confirmation which I asked for via sms and email with full details of what I just accepted I deem the agreement void??? The call has been recorded for security and training purposes.

Lady phoned to talk to me on my mom's number saying that my number qualifies for a contract. Insisted on knowing how much I spend on my cellphone contract. When told it had nothing to do her, she got angry saying she has my ID number and could put the deal through in any way. She then threw the phone down in mom's ear.
