Calls and keep quite. Only talks 20 seconds into the call. And the line is very bad can't hear a thing they say

They claim to be debt collectors. They can call up to 10 times a day . If you answer and find someone, they try convince you of this and request additional personal information from you. They are clear Financial fraudsters. NEVER answer the calls. Install a call blocker and forget about them.
