Guy phoned me. Had my financial details like credit card and house installment details. Told me Reserve Bank made a deal with Government to lower my interest on these to pocket over R3000 rand/month. Told me he will send me a SMS to follow a link in order for him to send me my detailed banking details etc. Told me he was from Law Aid Africa, and when i asked him why isnt it showing on the internet search he said they were all over the word. Told him to send the SMS, and phone me back in 30 min, but i could clearly hear he ducked and dive some questions i asked him on how he knows my financial details, that is classified. he then hung up. Clearly a scammer.

I had the same call, he said his name was Sherwin. Got suspicious when he sent me an SMS link and he told me to click on a link. He also new all my financial details. (How is this possible).

SAME PUNK PHONED ME AND WHEN I JUST SAID HELLO.HE OR SHE JUST PUTS THE PHONE DOWN.I PHONED THE NO, FROM MY LANDLINE AMD IT WAS UNSWERED AS LAW AID.

I just had the exact same call. I asked him where they got my details and he said they work with the bank where my car is financed. I was so shocked that they obtained such private information so easily. Sounds like a nice guy, but the what he is "selling" just make no sense - to good to be true.
