Funeral Plan Offer (Telemarketer) reported by


The man introduced himself as calling from Foschini and went on to offer an "affordable funeral plan for my family." On saying no thank you, he hung up.... there was no thank you and no goodbye, simply very rudely hung up on me. If this number is genuinely from Foschini then it is very bad for customer relations. With South Africa now having really good quality clothing and polite treatment and good service available at stores like H&M and Zara etc, I am quite happy to never buy from Foschini again. I certainly have no intention of supporting a store that treats me rudely after they have phoned me and they have imposed on me. As previously mentioned, we now have many other stores to choose from.

Most annoying, having these clowns call over and over again and not say a damn word, can foshini not sort this crap out. They call late at night and like 10 missed calls.
