Caller offered me a cellphone contract and free delivery to any destination, i said thank you i'm not interested, called kept probing me as to why am i not interested, do i not buy airtime and all other questions, ended up hanging up and they have been calling non-stop and I do not answer.

Answered once, said I wasn't interested, kept on phoning me daily anyway, blocked them with truecaller, still tries daily, evidently doesn't get the hint. And leaving a voicemail also won't help, haven't checked it since 2006
