Bravo Mike, bad communication skills, Limited Details, Offering me "Another" Credit card with RCS. Then when I declined to be interested he says, "Oh, do you have a Credit Card?" at least two times while ignoring my statement, "I am happy with what I have," I said goodbye and hung up.
