Pretending to be Medical Aid (Call centre) reported by Annie
She said her name was Fundiswa from Medshield, which is my medical aid. She asked me questions which would be on my profile and whether I was happy with their service or not. I have a friend that works @ Medshield and they do not have anyone calling their clients to rate their service, they have other ways of getting feedback. So I'm not sure what her deal was. She did not ask for any sensitive information either.
