"John" phoned me and offered debt counseling. I declined the offer and he replied by saying I dont know myself and I should go and find myself, that he is from the credit bureau and will be handing me over and then ended the call.

I find it annoying as I said 'NO THANK YOU" so many times, but they keep calling. And they are so rude when you say no thank you. They just drop the call in your ear. If not that, the call just cuts off. I feel like they need to make a note on their system that you are not interested in their services so that the next person don't call you again. This is so annoying...

Dont Know the lady did not identify herself, asked to speak to my husband....by the way only VODACOM has had my number on his name for 10 years...showing that they sell your info. When I said it is not my husbands number why would they call my number to speak to him she hanged up the phone!, damn rude, inpolite, hides behind her phone and you have no way of contacting them back nor speak to their HOD. I am convinced that they obtain your information from illegal sources. I am of the opinion that they don't meet thee requirements of the POPI Act, they should be investigated. Check their phone records and if they don't have a record that they may contact you take them on! Their calls borders on harassment as it is multiple times and any hour of the day, even if I block them then then the call comes from another number, but always an incredibly rude female!
