They call to ask if you can pay your premium this month, even though the account has NEVER been in arrears. In fact I pay double the premium that is required. This is really annoying, and been ongoing for the past 3 months now.

I settle my account every month on the 24th/25th. I settled again yesterday - in full - but got a call today to tell me I have to pay an instalment by next week. I got the guy to look back through my records; and he admitted that I had NEVER missed a month's payment, in full - I never just pay the instalment. So why am I being called now? Harassment, pure and simple.
