This number called me, I answered, but the person on the other side is on a personal call with someone else, doesn't even realise that I've answered her call. This went on for over 7 minutes until the call dropped.

Called on 25.11.19 at 11.32 am saying that he is a Telkom technician on behalf of openserve regarding my Fibre installation. Booked a time for 8am the next day and it is now 10h30 am and he is a no show. Tried calling the number back but the service says that the number does not exist. Strange because that is the same number showing a recieved call on my phone with a 3 min 48 sec duration.

Same here, got a call for a OpenServe technician to come do installation at 04.06.2020 at 8am. It is now 11:30am, but no show, i cant call back the number.
