Guy called and left a message as my phone app automatically registered it as fraudulent. Left a message saying that he has opened new offices in Hatfield, Pretoria and has funds available if I am still looking for a job. Key insight that he did not start the message by saying he was phoning from any company only that he was phoning from Hatfield, Pretoria. I have been looking for work as candidate attorney that is the only job I have been looking for. Beware of scammers this surely sounds like one.

I answered the call and the caller greets me by my first name in a very loud manner and then proceeds to start rattling off in Afrikaans. I tried interrupting and asking who he was is and from where. Could not make out his response after which he continues with his loud, marketing campaign (something about things getting more and more expensive in South Africa). I am bilingual, but was very irritated by the fact that he ignored my request to switch to English, despite him calling me - you would think I marketing person would speak to you in your preferred language. I hung up and he called back another 3 times before I was able to add the telephone number to my auto reject list.

Called me last week as I am a current job seeker. Wanted to know a few things and what vehicle I'm driving. Said it was a type of consulting company that is still growing and I'll be working on a commission. They asked me to come in for an interview on Monday. The worst part is I applied for an engineering job? Now I see it's just a financial scam. The other number they used to call me from today is 086 111 2013 and also reported as a scam.

They somehow got hold of my wife's cell number and asked to speak to me by my full names. She refused to give them my cell number. The caller said they represent the major banks and is going to freeze my accounts if they don't get my number. Very rude and souds very suspect. Hanged up when my wife still refused.

Caller said she's from ABSA Bank ask straight for me by my innitials and surname and when I say yes that's me she * hangs up the * she phone every second day than stop for a.
