Received a voicemail and when I listented to the message there was none just silence? Truecaller indicated that it is from Brooks & Luyt no idea why they phoned me?

When I answer the call, no one responds and then they hangup. I don't know if this is an attempt to justify to their client that they made the call yet they did not speak to the recipient of the call.
