DSV does not deliver, or have any customer service at all. You are transferred or put on hold for 20 plus minutes. No one phones back. Driver does not deliver or even arrive at your delivery address but then it is unsuccessful. Something seriously wrong with this company!! No service. Please use other courier services

Have been waiting almost 3 weeks for my nedbank cc to be delivered. No phone call to arrange day and time for delivery from DSV but then the bank says delivery failed. They are not doing their job then lie. Surely the bank can see that DSV is terrible and should get another company to deliver their cards. Terrible service DSV with so many other courier companies out there i would look at whats going on with the business and get rid of the people who dont want to do the job.

Calling DSV @ 011 671 9500 - Holding on twice for over 15 minutes to listened to dreadful L. L.. DSV in Cape Town does not answer their phones as well. On a Monday at 12:30. MTN should look somewhere else for a better courier who answers their phones.

Wife got a call regarding delivery of credit card. No communication from FNB and call center agent took the huff when my wife wouldn't supply an ID number. This is the first time we have had a call out of the blue for personal information and been advised that the system of delivery has changed. If you have a problem take it up with FNB who are paying you for a service. If you still have a problem you can contact me at 0828021509 and I will tell you off!
