Continued harrassment (Unsolicited call) reported by


Harrassment occurs about the same time of year. Today have received 5 calls!! Claims to be Edgars. Last year they stopped after i threatened to open a police case of harrassment. Also says payment must be made on active edgars cards. Utter rubbish! My number seems to be linked to another person's account. Impossible as no such comms has been made with edgars. Edgars refuses to do anything as i am not the account holder. They clearly do not care

Paid account but keep on harrasing me for the payment. Cannot find the payment on the system. Sent e-mails of the proof of payment but still not on the system after 3 months. Agents promise that they will put a comment on the system but still the payment is still oustanding when they phone you.

Wow no wonder Edgars is in such a bad state.It seems many customers has the same issue I have and it seems to be an ongoing thing. Making payments in store and getting phoned by several different people demanding payment. They cant trace payment. It seems there are too many departments and they are not communicating with eachother. Sending several emails and calls is just useless.
