I didn't answer so I don't know who is behind exactly this number. I'm getting so many unwanted calls these days. However, it could be some call centre, probably telemarketing - they already called me from a very similar number.

I just phoned the number back and it is DSTV Debit Order department - for those who have DSTV but do not pay via debit order.
