SCAM CALL - DO NOT ANSWER (Scam call) reported by 165.255.241.xxx

Called saying they needed to verify my details for my contract with CELL C. They knew my name, contract details and everything. They asked for an alternatve number and I gave my works number, then they asked me to verify my banking details and I said why would I need to verify if they have all that. She continued to say that I just needed to verify - she asked what bank im using and I said I will not give my banking details over the phone - She cut the call. Do not answer!!

Called saying they from cell c. Then asked me to varify my I'd number because their info details where mixed up. I refused as it seemed suspicious. N cut the call. They tried calling back. I did not answer.

Called about a cell contract I'd just taken out saying they were from 'Cell C', calling from a non-official number, so I was suspicious. I called the lady out, and she said she didn't say she was from 'Cell C' but from 'Sell C', or something that sounded audibly identical to 'Cell C' and then told me I needed my ears tested. Had a similar call which turned out to be an attempt to get my banking details for a fraudulent debit order. Cell C will always call from the official cell C number.
