A lady by the name of Faith (Black lady) called me with 1st attempt (Call line was silent) I dropped the call... a few seconds later, the same number gave me a call, answered the call and she apologized for that call that was dropped, Spoke to me about my Hollard Standard Funeral Policy and would like to offer me a better deal with LIFe / Dread Disease and COVID-19. This would not increase my Policy that much as I'm already a MEMBER and a discount would take effect and, and, and... asked to complete my ID number that ends with ???? numbers and if my details are still the Same Capitec Details with my last 4 digits at the end of my card number. Said she would send an SMS & email with my updated Policy...still waiting.
