The lady said her name is Michelle, from Telkom Mobile, does not take no/no thank you an answer, keeps on, even after I said no thank you hundreds of times, I just put the phone down.

This number calls and then just asks if they speaking to "Your Name", and then they put the phone down. This could be a lead generation call center verifying that your cell number does work and they send use it for marketing purposes.
