The person called and asked questions about an accident I was involved in and confirmed that he was from Budget Insurance and stated that the other vehicle was insured with them. If he was with Budget Insurance then he would have had all the details of the vehicle insured with them but most of his question was about details of the other vehicle and the person driving it. I asked him if I could get a hold of him on the number he was calling me from and he answered yes but when I tried the number it's invalid and that's strange to me.

If they call you on your cell you can block the number. That's what I do to all the call center numbers!

Since December 2016, I randomly receive calls from this number. Not just one call. On average it will be 4 repeated calls, which ring between 4 to 20 seconds each - it would appear on speed dial.
