Keep getting this super short ring, a couple of days now. So I called it back and just sit on hold for ever, they "count down" the number of caller you are but when you get to number two or number one it just sits there for 20-30 mins (which is when the call gets disconnected. Found this site, super helpful and seems this is a SCAM..
